About 6 kilometres away is Saint Sernin sur Rance, a small village where you will find all the essential shops. There is a post office, a doctor’s practice, a pharmacy, etc. Saint Sernin has a swimming pool and riding stables. The key to the tennis court can be obtained at the Grand Café. Belmont sur Rance has an impressive go-kart track and a recreational airfield and gliding centre.

Sights include the Caves de Roquefort and the Gorges du Tarn. The Tarn is popular for canoeing and kayaking. Albi is home to the beautiful Saint Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. The Mediterranean Sea is about 150 km away.
